Alfred has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling software systems across fintech, enterprise, and startup environments. His work spans software architecture, cloud engineering on AWS, quality and test automation, and the practical adoption of AI-assisted development.

He has led engineering transformations at organisations including National Grid, Direct Line, and Green Flag — working embedded within teams to improve delivery capability, reduce technical risk, and raise engineering standards.

Alfred founded Cloudomation to bring the same discipline he applied at enterprise scale to teams of all sizes navigating the AI era.
